Personal data policy

By using this website, www.i-trust.dk, you consent to I-Trust processing your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

If you cannot accept the data policy, please refrain from using the website.

When you visit the website, you will be asked to provide information such as name, address, e-mail or telephone numbers, when registering for one or more services. We collect your personal data for the purpose of providing you with answers and services.

We will never sell or otherwise disclose this information without your explicit permission. The information is safe with us. Unless otherwise stated, this information is not sent or stored in encrypted form. However, all data is protected behind a firewall.

We will only disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in response to a court order.

Personal data policy

Processing of personal data is subject to the Personal Data Act and GDPR as of 25 May 2018. The personal data is registered with I-Trust. We only store your personal data for as long as is necessary in relation to the stated purposes in our personal data policy. We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the products to you.

When signing up for the newsletter, we register your e-mail address. The e-mail address will not be passed on to others. You can always unsubscribe from our newsletter via a link at the bottom of the newsletter. By unsubscribing, you automatically withdraw your consent and your information is deleted from our mailing list.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that this is always done with your explicit consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is being collected and why.

Data Security

Your personal data will be treated securely and confidentially, regardless of whether you subscribe to the newsletter or are a customer of I-Trust. We process them in accordance with the law and they are only used for the purpose for which they were collected and consented to. The information is stored until it is no longer relevant. I-Trust uses third parties, e.g. for server hosting, payment handling, etc.

Some personal data is managed by a third party (data processor), which stores and processes personal data on behalf of I-Trust in accordance with this Data Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

The data controller for the storage of your data is I-Trust.

Log Statistics

Log statistics are used at www.i-trust.dk and mean that a statistical system collects information that can give a statistical picture of how many visitors a website has had, where they come from, on which part of the website this is left, etc.
On www.i-trust.dk log statistics are used with the purpose of optimizing the website and it’s functionalities.

As a general rule, you can access the website without telling us who you are or otherwise providing any personal information about yourself, but to contact us via our contact form, you may be asked to provide the following personal information:

* e-mail
* company registration number

We will only disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in response to a court order.

If you no longer wish to be registered with I-Trust, we will delete your information within 14 days after we have received a written inquiry from you regarding this.

We use web statistics, among other things, to find out which of our products are the most popular.

Cookies

We use cookies on www.i-trust.dk.

A cookie is a small passive data file that resides on your computer and helps you remember previously visited websites and your preferences. E.g. a cookie can remember if you are looking for tools and not lamps and thus you get the most views and offers for tools. Cookies are therefore also used in connection with advertising, since banner ads etc. will be targeted to your preferences.

In order to further develop and improve I-Trust’s websites, we keep statistics on how users use the pages. The statistics are used exclusively in summarized form, e.g. to see which pages and browsers our customers use the most.

I-Trust uses Google Analytics to collect visitor statistics and in this connection passes on IP addresses to Google Analytics. Google may disclose the information to third parties where required to do so by law, or to third parties performing services for them. The privacy terms for Google Analytics are accepted when visiting www.i-trust.dk and appear from https://www.google.com/privacy.html.

At www.i-trust.dk _ga cookies are used via Google Analytics which assigns the visitor a unique ID. It is used to track how the website is used. This data is stored for 26 months.

_grecaptcha is used to determine whether the user is a real person or a software robot – this enables the creation of valid reports about the use of the website.

Other traffic tracking uses _paq which assigns the visitor a unique ID. It is used to track how the website is used. This data is stored for as long as we find the data relevant.

Except in the above cases, I-Trust does not pass on data about the individual customer’s use of the services at www.i-trust.dk.

Cookies are anonymous and therefore contain no personal data. The data file is passive and therefore cannot spread viruses or damage the computer or the programs.

Opting out of cookies

You can delete all your cookies from your computer at any time or actively choose them on or off at each individual website. Opting in and out of cookies must be done in the computer’s browser settings and therefore the website provider cannot control or change it. However, you should be aware that by opting out of cookies, there are many functions and services you cannot use, because they require the website to remember the choices you make.
